Just noticed that the marketing department was looking over my shoulder. Ok, not exactly, but the marketing department’s minions (relevantnoise.com) just scanned my website. What a name for a site, very dot.com era and very cluetrain*. Check out the demo, it’s hilarious – one of the examples involves searching for variations on AOL and ‘cancel,’ quite topical in light of the recent posts to Consumerist.
* God do I hate that expression.
“Minions?” Gosh, I feel like Harmony from “Buffy the Vampire Slayer.”
I’m a little bummed that you think “relevantNOISE” sounds dated. It’s so hard to stay cool when you’re over 30 and officially out of the “MySpace” demographic. But I guess there are worse things than being very “cluetrain.”
Thanks for the mention, though — we’ll do our best to keep you amused. (Check out this week’s post on reality music shows. Personally, I think it’s some of our best work.)
Great blog, btw. Some really funny stuff and great links!

Don’t worry Aimee, only the name is dated, the business model is au courant.
Thanks for reading.
